Meet Gregg and Ann Dvorak, the husband-and-wife team behind Knoll Creek Builders.

As a small, family-owned boutique building company, Gregg and Ann work with clients who are passionate about transforming an existing space or creating something new to fit the future they envision. For more than 30 years, they have been building homes, additions, and renovations, beginning just outside of Chicago and bringing that experience with them through every project they take on today.

Along the way, they have also purchased and renovated numerous income properties and currently own two lakefront cottages in South Haven, Michigan, which they manage as VRBO rentals. Their firsthand experience gives them a strong understanding of construction, real estate, and the practical side of owning income-producing properties.

Gregg, a carpenter turned structural engineer, leads the building and project management side of the business. Ann, a real estate professional, brings her eye for design, decoration, and business administration. Together, they offer clients a thoughtful blend of craftsmanship, expertise, and personal service.
