We’ve Moved: Knoll Creek Builders Is Now Based in South Haven, Michigan

If you’ve known Knoll Creek Builders from our time in Tennessee, here’s the update: we relocated our business to Southwest Michigan in June of 2025. We’re now based in South Haven and bringing our renovation and building services to homeowners across the Lake Michigan Coast.

Why the move to Southwest Michigan

This relocation isn’t random or temporary. We’ve owned and managed lakefront properties in Southwest Michigan for over 30 years, and this area has been part of our life and work for a long time. Making South Haven our home base allows us to serve clients here more consistently, respond faster, and build long-term relationships with local homeowners.

What we do

Knoll Creek Builders provides residential renovation and building services, including:

• Remodels and renovations

• Repairs and improvements

• Project planning and coordination

• Other residential construction services (based on your needs)

We operate as a service-area business, which means we come to you. We complete consultations and project work at customer homes throughout the region.
